Meet any authorised persons at the property to allow access* E.g tradespeople, cleaners, airBnB / holiday tenants, your family.

Hold your keys securely until required
Upon an alarm activation, deploy an officer who will attend your site and conduct an external and internal patrol for sign or forced entry or cause of activation. (call out charges apply).
Contact the emergency services if necessary, make contact with the client to update.
Provide a full, detailed call-out report the following day, if required.
If required, escort your designated key holder to the premises safely.

The checks carried out by our Mobile Response Officers (RO’s) help to reduce the risk of theft and protect your property against damage. If an intrusion is detected, our Mobile Response Officers’s will take control of the situation and notify a pre-determined contact in addition to the emergency services as necessary.
